Paleo Table is my go to recipe blog for Paleo. When not using Power Supply, I am a bit believer in saving time and $ through weekly meal planning, Sunday shopping and prepping, etc. This mom provides weekly meals and a shopping list. Awesome!

    Enjoy!

  3. I sent this info to sharing knowledge, but it's probably more appropriate to post here.

www.beingprimal.com is awesome. Dean Dwyer, the author, is realistic and practical about the Paleo lifestyle, his weekly blogs typically make me stop and think and--icing on the cake(or almond butter on the celery)--he's self-depricating and funny. I've actually talked with him, and he provided much-needed perspective when I was beating up myself for a diet that was less than perfectly clean. (That was pre-challenge, of course!)

  4. One of my favorites (and I think Lola may agree) is www.theclothesmakethegirl.com.

Melissa combines spices in the most amazing ways. Whoda thunk cocoa powder, garlic powder, and paprika on cauliflower would be the cat's meow? Super delish... And she has a new book/cookboook entitled "Well Fed."
